How Much Does It Cost?

Prices range from £45 up to £70 depending on the session length and treatment, please contact me for details.

How Long Does It Take?

The first session of hypnosis and consultation is usually approximately 2 hours. Straightforward habits such as smoking usually only require one two-hour session.

Other problems vary between two and several 1 and a half hour sessions , depending on the client and their needs.

Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression sessions are usually two hours, clients commonly choose to come for one, two or even more of these depending on the results!

Can I Bring Someone With Me?

This is generally not advisable, as the client is usually more inhibited/reserved with someone watching. Also I have to guard against the spectator being hypnotised as well. Children under sixteen are usually accompanied by an adult.

What If I Don't Wake Up?

You will not be ‘stuck' in trance, you will simply open your eyes on the instruction of the therapist

If I Am Not ‘Unconscious' Surely I Haven't Been Hypnotised?

Nothing could be further from the truth. Some of the most powerful work is done in the lightest of trances. The depth of trance varies from person to person, some people are able to achieve deep trance (to the point of sleep) others retain an awareness of their surroundings throughout the session. This is still hypnosis.

What If I Say Something Personal Like A Secret Or Something?

This is highly unlikely unless it is connected to your problem, in which case it will be dealt with confidentially and therapeutically at the time.

Will I Turn Into A Chicken Or Elvis?

Hypnotherapy is not like stage hypnosis. As a therapist I work with your mind to bring about positive change. As it is not of any therapeutic value, I will not be encouraging you to turn into a fun character!

Do You Do Hypnosis CD's?

CD's are available for the more popular treatments. These are used to support ongoing treatment during the days/weeks between sessions. There is a charge for this.

Do You Accept Credit Cards?

I can only accept cash or cheques, sorry no cards.
