These sessions can be a fascinating journey into a possible past life or past lives. Clients choose this route for reasons such as:
Interest or fascination.
To solve a current problem or ailment etc that has not been successfully resolved by other means. This could be anything from physical ailments to mental ‘problems', emotional difficulties, negative behaviour or poor relationship patterns etc. I have studied Past Life Regression for over ten years and worked as a Regression Therapist using hypnosis since 2001.
In my professional experience, I have seen clients benefit enormously from the self-understanding and the emotional and physical relief that can result from these ‘healing sessions'. Whether we can always prove categorically that the scenarios the subconscious mind ‘runs' are true or imaginary matters not, as the benefits to the client are the same! You do not have to be a believer in reincarnation to gain from these sessions.
Examples of Benefits
Client with a weight problem loses two stone after PLR scenario in which she starved to death and the true theme was always hunger.
Client with a phobia of collars/necklaces loses the fear after PLR scenario where she was strangled as a child.
Client loses his fear of water as he ‘relives' a past life where he was eaten by sharks after his boat sank!
A PLR can be a mild experience, ‘seeing' images or like seeing a film/movie or stronger with actual feelings and emotions.
A client can experience more than one past life during a session.
N.B. You are never so absorbed in the experience that you don't have an awareness of here and now, also your present modern day mind is always involved, you are just in an altered/heightened state of awareness in trance.
Allow two hours for PLR, (this includes a consultation at the start of the session and discussion at the close)
I make notes throughout the session and a typed copy of these transcripts are sent to the client's home address. Alternatively clients may bring along their own tape recorder and tape to record the session themselves. NB There are approximately 10% of people that are not able to be hypnotised or regressed. The other 90% are generally able to achieve some level of hypnosis or relaxation.
